Mr. Herring’s colleagues call him the lawyer’s lawyer. He prides himself in always being professional and a gentleman despite operating in an adverse profession. He focuses on representing his clients while handling himself with humility and decorum. He seeks to be aggressive while pursuing his client’s best interest. He has represented many business clients as well as individuals. After graduating from the University of Texas Law School, Mr. Herring practiced at many well-known commercial firms in Dallas, including but not limited to Norton, Rose Fulbright and Brian Cave.

At Collins Hinderliter, Mr. Herring’s specialty is commercial litigation and trial work. As part of the trial team, his primary focus is cross examining experts on high stakes litigation.
