Mr. Rios is an experienced civil litigator who is well versed in the areas of personal injury, breach of contract, D.T.P.A. and products liability.

Mr. Rios attended the University of Texas, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration before earning his Juris Doctor from Southern Methodist University School of Law. Since graduating law school, he has worked exclusively as defense counsel for both outside law firms and as in-house counsel for both State Farm Mutual Insurance Co. and Chubb Insurance Co./Ace American Insurance Co. Mr. Rios has been practicing law for over three decades. He is highly experienced in all phases of litigation and has significant trial experience.
