A Bit About Me

Mr. Hinderliter solves problems. Staci has nicknamed him “Ray” after Ray Donovan. He helps clients navigate challenging issues and tries to bring them to a resolution. Litigation, and trial in particular, can be one of the most difficult situations for a person or company to face. He enjoys being a reliable, ethical advocate representing his clients during these times.

In his practice, Mr. Hinderliter tries to focus his attention on the details to secure the best outcomes for his clients.

With over a decade of litigation experience, including jury trials, bench trials, mediations, and arbitrations, he guides clients through complex legal matters with clarity and confidence. He eagerly advocates his clients’ cases before juries, leveraging trial experience while utilizing cutting-edge trial technology with precision and professionalism to achieve optimal results.

Simply put, Mr. Hinderliter puts the client first. Their interests are his interest. He places a strong emphasis on communication, ensuring the client feels heard and well-supported throughout the legal process. He is proud to say that Staci and he have developed a reputation across the state of Texas for their performance in courtrooms, totaling over 150 jury trials and counting.
