Jason earned his Juris Doctor from Baylor University School of Law in 2012 after graduating summa cum laude from Texas A&M University where he majored in English and obtained a Professional Writing Certificate.

 

Jason began his career in Houston representing injured employees in workers’ compensation proceedings before transitioning to a firm in Bryan, Texas where he handled a diverse and robust array of litigation matters. He returned to Houston in 2021 when he joined The Chris Garcia Law Group, PC where he and Chris handle business litigation, commercial disputes, and personal injury matters. 

 

Jason and Chris joined Collins Hinderliter, of counsel, in 2026. They bring over 40 years’ experience and a fierce determination to obtain the best outcome for their clients while maintaining the highest level of decorum and professionality.
